BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach Peter Mponda says his technical panel will sit down to review and address areas that need improvement as the team heads toward the final phase of the TNM Super League 2025 season.

Mponda made the remarks after his side was held to a goalless draw by Mighty Tigers in a league encounter played on Saturday at Mpira Stadium in Blantyre.

The match ended 0–0 despite Bullets enjoying a numerical advantage for a large part of the game after Tigers were reduced to ten men in the first half.

Tigers player Martin Msewa was shown a red card in the 33rd minute, forcing his side to play with one man down for the remainder of the contest.

Despite the setback, Tigers defended resolutely in the first half and managed to contain Bullets, who created several scoring opportunities but failed to convert.

In the second half, Bullets intensified their attacks in search of a breakthrough, piling pressure on the Tigers defence.

However, Tigers goalkeeper Lucky Tizola produced an impressive performance, making several crucial saves to deny Bullets a winning goal.

At the back, Tigers defender Alex Kambilinya stood firm and was later named Man of the Match for his outstanding defensive display.

On the other hand, Mighty Tigers head coach Trevor Kajawa said he had hoped to collect all three points but was content with a draw, considering their ongoing fight against relegation.

Kajawa said every point is crucial for Tigers as they battle to maintain their TNM Super League status.

Following the result, Mighty Tigers remain 14th on the table with 27 points from 28 matches while FCB Nyasa Big Bullets sit second with 63 points from 29 games.

Mighty Wanderers have already been crowned TNM Super League champions after thrashing Moyale Barracks 6–0, taking their points tally to 68 from 29 matches with one game remaining to conclude their season.
