Bachelor Nation’s Jade Roper is sharing how her and husband Tanner Tolbert’s late son, Beau, was included in a faux holiday photo.
“Did the Norman Rockwell holiday trend and an extra boy was in our image, and it touched my heart, because of course Beau would want to make the family photo,” Roper, 39, wrote via her Instagram Story on Saturday, December 27, referring to the trend of users asking ChatGPT to create a family portrait.
In the image, Roper posed for the camera with Tolbert, 38, and four children beside a festive Christmas tree. Three of the children resembled the couple’s kids: daughter Emmy, 8, and sons Brooks, 6, and Reed, 5.
In a separate Instagram Story, Roper shared her correspondence, where she noted that “there should be two boys total and one girl.” As a response, a message read, “Got it — thank you for your patience, and you were totally right to flag that.”

While sharing the revised image without the third son, Roper noted, “But now it just sort of feels empty.”
Roper — who met Tolbert on Bachelor in Paradise season 2, tying the knot in 2016 — announced in 2023 that the couple were expecting their fourth child when she experienced a pregnancy loss.
“I’ve been struggling what to write here as I’ve been navigating a miscarriage,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “It felt like all my dreams were coming true to welcome another baby into our lives, to love and to complete our family. While our hearts are completely broken and we have been dealing with the deep and complex grief of the loss, we have been blessed to be touched by his soul or his short amount of time. I am forever changed.”
She continued, I’m currently experiencing what is called a missed miscarriage, so while his heart has stopped and he has stopped growing (for some time now), my body hasn’t released the pregnancy yet. I am hoping to do this naturally and am trusting in timing and in my body under the care of my provider.”
Roper noted that she had been carrying the pregnancy “with so much pride and cherish every moment still left with part of him,” adding that “it has also been equally as challenging and devastating.”
“So while I hold my belly here, our sweet baby’s body is resting in my womb as his soul soars,” she concluded. “We love you with every piece of our hearts, baby Beau.”
Months later, Roper shared that Beau was diagnosed with Down syndrome. While responding to an Instagram Story Q&A, Roper noted that it’s possible “his tiny heart wasn’t strong enough.”
“A lot of DS diagnoses are accompanied with congenital heart conditions,” Roper added.
In September, Roper marked the anniversary of her pregnancy loss with a tribute to Beau.
“Two years since my D&C. Two years without you sweet Beau,” she wrote via Instagram at the time, referring to a dilation and curettage. (In the procedure, the cervix is dilated in order to remove tissue from inside the uterus and is used to treat miscarriages and end unwanted or unsafe pregnancies.)
“Grief is quieter now, but it’s still here, woven into who I am,” Roper continued. “Remembering the baby I never got to hold, yet still hold in my heart.”

Abraham Quintanilla, the father of late singer Selena Quintanilla, has died. He was 86.
“It’s with a heavy heart to let you guys know that my Dad passed away today…,” the late singer’s brother, Abraham “A.B.” Isaac Quintanilla, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, December 13, announcing his father’s death. Abraham’s son also shared a photo of his father, wearing rose-colored sunglasses.
The cause of death has not been made public.
Selena’s father married her mother, Marcella Quintanilla, in June 1963. In addition to their famous daughter and A.B., the pair also welcomed daughter Suzette.
Abraham took on the role of Selena’s manager as her music career took off. Her musical rise was truly a family enterprise, as A.B. played the bass and Suzette played the drums in her band.
In 2021, Abraham shared excerpts from his memoir A Father’s Dream: My Family’s Journey in Music with 3News. He also told the news station of the book, “It has a lot of things in there the public wants to know. Because there’s always been, and now it’s grown even more curiosity about Selena.”
He added, “You have to understand that people have sometimes the wrong image of musicians. But they forget one thing: that being involved in music is also a business, and for me it was a business, it became a business.”
While speaking about the beginning of Selena’s career, Abraham reflected on what the experience was like for the entire family. “At first it was a dream and then within time it became a reality because Selena became one of the leading female artists in the world,” he said
Selena was shot dead in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the age of 23 by her former friend and business associate Yolanda Saldívar, who was also accused of embezzling money from the singer’s business in the months that preceded the shooting.
Coroners ruled the death a homicide despite Saldívar’s claim it was accidental.

Us Weekly obtained the original 1995 report that confirmed that Selena died from a bullet wound to her lower right shoulder. The coroner further confirmed Selena died from “exsanguinating internal and external [bleeding] due to [a] perforating gunshot wound.”
“It is my opinion that Selena Quintanilla Pérez, a 23-year-old woman, came to her death as a result of an exsanguinating internal and external hemorrhage, in other words massive bleeding, due to a perforating gunshot wound of the thorax (chest),” coroner Lloyd White wrote.
Saldívar was charged with first-degree murder and was convicted in October 1995. Despite making a parole request in December 2024, as of November 2025, Saldívar has not been released from custody. Saldívar has served her sentence at a women’s prison in Gatesville, Texas.
“It was the parole panel’s determination to deny parole to Yolanda Saldívar and set her next parole review for March 2030,” the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles confirmed via a statement obtained by Us.
“While nothing can bring Selena back, this decision reaffirms that justice continues to stand for the beautiful life that was taken from us and from millions of fans around the world far too soon,” the Quintanillas said via Instagram at the time. “Selena’s legacy is one of love, music, and inspiration. She lived with joy, gave selflessly, and continues to uplift generations with her voice and her spirit.”

“🎄✨It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!” a Saturday, December 7, post via the royal family’s official Instagram read. “The King and Queen are pleased to share this year’s Christmas card.”
The seasonal card featured an image of Charles, 77, and Camilla, 78, strolling hand in hand while visiting Rome’s Villa Wolkonsky earlier this year. The image, taken by Chris Jackson, was snapped during the royal couple’s official state visit to Italy in April.
“Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year,” the inside of the card read.
Photographer Jackson, 45, was especially pleased to take Charles and Camilla’s holiday card pic.
“What a great visit that was,” Jackson wrote via Instagram comment on Saturday. “Happy Christmas!!🎄🇮🇹.”
Charles’ Christmas card is just one of his annual traditions. Every year, he leads his family — including Camilla, son Prince William and the monarch’s siblings — on a walk to Christmas Day church services at Sandringham Estate. That afternoon, Charles will deliver a sentimental holiday speech to the British people before settling in for an intimate celebration with his family.
“The celebration may carry a wistful tone,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month, referring to Charles and daughter-in-law Princess Kate Middleton’s respective cancer battles. “However, it will also be a time of celebration, especially after Kate received the all-clear.”

Charles and Kate, 43, were both diagnosed with undisclosed forms of cancer in 2024. While the king is still undergoing treatment, Kate revealed that she is in remission earlier this year.
“They all want to make the most of their time together,” the insider added of the family’s holiday plans. “Charles prioritizes duty, but he’s also a family man who knows his time is precious. He wants a special last Christmas in case it’s his last.”
The source further revealed that Charles will do “everything expected of him and more” regarding his public Christmas duties.
“Charles wants to have a traditional holiday with all the royals,” the source added to Us. “Every family Christmas is precious, but it’s especially so for him this year.”
Kate kicked off the festive season with the “Together at Christmas” carol concert she, once again, organized on Friday, December 5. Kate was joined by husband William, 43, and their three children at Westminster Abbey.
“At its heart, Christmas speaks of love taking form in the simplest, most human ways. Not in sentimental or grand gestures, but gentle ones. A moment of listening, a word of comfort, a friendly conversation, a helping hand, presence,” the Princess of Wales wrote in a letter to attendees. “These simple acts of care might seem small, but they contribute to the beautiful tapestry of life to which we all belong. Christmas is a time that reminds us how deeply our lives are woven together. Just as the roots of trees share strength beneath the soil, unseen but vital, so too do we. We are drawn by an instinctive pull towards belonging and connection.”
Charles, meanwhile, was absent from the carol service as he had official engagements in Germany that same week.

Sarah Juree was looking for an extra way to rake in cash for her household when she launched her OnlyFans account — while also serving as a teacher at a local school.
“I was just a struggling single mom on a teacher salary, so it wasn’t this deviant thing,” Juree, 44, exclusively told Us Weekly while promoting her new book, Diary of an OnlyFans Model.
“There was a woman in town, and she had started a page, and she had made, like, $10,000 in a month,” Juree continued. “So in my mind, I was like, ‘Well, what if I try this on summer break and see how it goes?’ I had never been on the platform. Really didn’t know much, anything about it. I was like, ‘Well, if I could have two good months like that, I could pay my credit card debt off.’”
Juree went on to create her account, sharing an NSFW photo — and her life was turned upside down within weeks. She claimed that a user “dispersed” her image “all over” social media and to her employer, resulting in her firing from her job as a teacher.
“It just happened really, really fast,” she recalled. “That was such a whirlwind. There was a lot of grief for me because I loved being a teacher. That was my identity, that was my career that I had put my life into. I was a teacher for 20 years. It was a whirlwind, and I think that was why I needed to kind of take a step back from OnlyFans. I took the last two years off to really just go and heal and process and sort, like, ‘What the heck happened?’”
Juree explained that she had a “lot of complex PTSD” — known as post-traumatic stress disorder — and struggled with suicidal ideation following the incident.

“Where I am in Indiana, it’s like, I’m the scarlet letter of the town,” she said. “But I take it very personally, because I feel like I also get to be the permission slip for women in town. The women who want to explore their sexuality, who see me and I’m not backing down from this and I’m not just running away in shame.”
Juree eventually turned to alternative ways of healing, including ketamine therapy — and words began “pouring out” of her.
“I think it shows people your story is not over,” she said of her journey to becoming an author. “You get to be the author of your story, literally. You get to show the world who you are, and at any given point in time, you can give this world a plot twist. So now it’s, like, ‘Teacher turned OnlyFans model turned author.’”
Through it all, Juree has had her loved ones by her side — including her 13-year-old twins.
“My family has been very supportive, thank goodness. The trickier part is my kids because they’re twins and they’re teens now. They’re 13. It is something that I have always kept separate — what I do if I was making content and stuff, then Mom mode,” Juree explained of balancing both. “But I want my book to make my kids proud. Where I can turn something that was so wild and crazy into something good for us.”
Diary of an OnlyFans Model is out now.
