Not long after NFL star Stefon Diggs submitted a libel lawsuit against a social media influencer, the influencer is clapping back.
Christopher Blake Griffith, the content creator who accused Diggs of sexual assault over the summer, is filing a countersuit against the New England Patriots wide receiver, denying Diggs’ claims of libel, according to a report from TMZon Friday, November 21.
Griffith claims Diggs “drugged and sexually assaulted” him in 2023 after a charity basketball game. Griffith alleged that Diggs and others went to a D.C. club that night before going to Diggs’ home afterwards, where he was assaulted by Diggs and others. In Griffith’s police report from 2023, he also claimed Diggs offered him candy that was “laced with drugs” without knowledge.
According to the TMZ report, when Griffith got to Diggs’ house after leaving the club, Diggs “exposed his penis to Mr. Griffith” and began masturbating. Griffith then allegedly told Diggs to “put his penis away” and when he walked to the door of Diggs’ house, the NFL star tried to kiss him.
The influencer then reportedly hid in Diggs’ bathroom for 45 minutes and was threatened by Diggs’ family when he left the bathroom. One week later, Griffith was allegedly assaulted outside of his Los Angeles apartment and suffered serious injuries.
On October 1, 2025, Diggs filed a libel lawsuit against Griffith, disputing his claims about what happened that night. According to Diggs, he went to his bedroom to wrap up the evening after the basketball game while his assistant asked Griffith to leave the house.
It was at this time that the alleged assault took place.
Over the summer, nearly two years after the alleged incident, Griffith took to social media to put Diggs under fire about what he claims happened that evening.

Griffith posted an Instagram story at the time, claiming the assault and tagging the footwear company Ugg and actress Sarah Jessica Parker in the post. (Both had participated in a campaign for Ugg).
The influencer said he was “disgusted” that the company hired Diggs for the campaign after he filed a police report from the May 2023 incident.
He also shared what he claimed was a copy of his police report in the August 2025 post, tagging the NFL and the Patriots in the post.
“Y’all gon let Aaron Hernandez 2.0 just run wild without penalty?” Griffith posted on his Instagram story, referring to the late tight end who was found guilty of first-degree murder in 2015 before dying by suicide while incarcerated in 2017.
“I’m aware that you’re aware & since we’re BOTH aware, let’s act accordingly.”
In a statement obtained by multiple outlets, Griffith’s lawyer, Jake Lebowitz, denied Diggs’ claims that the events ever happened.
“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks.”

That includes ABC and ESPN. But the good news is that the vast majority of the NFL’s weekly games are broadcast on network television.
Even if you can’t get ABC through YouTube TV, you can still stream the channel for free.
Now, we’ll tell you where you can watch all of Sunday’s football games without YouTube TV. The only games you may have to pay for are on the NFL+ streaming service or ESPN.
It depends on how dedicated you are to the NFL. This is the way to stream the NFL Network, which usually broadcasts at least one live game per week. It also has ad-free highlights and access to NFL Films’ library of documentaries. Standard access is $6.99, while NFL+ Premium is $14.99 and includes access to NFL Red Zone.
Yes. ESPN is still the juggernaut of cable and streaming sports channels, and it’s included on most of the primary live TV options outside of YouTube TV.
Where Can I Watch ESPN for Free?
For hardcore sports fans, fuboTV may be your best option. It has a free trial that lets you access multiple sports channels, including ESPN, ESPN2 and ACC Network, as well as a complimentary subscription to ESPN Unlimited and a handful of fubo-only sports channels.
Having said that, fuboTV has a very high monthly subscription fee: $84.99. But if you keep the service beyond your free trial, you’ll get the first month of your subscription for $54.99 before the price reverts to its normal rate.
Sling TV is a more affordable option than fuboTV, but ESPN is not included in the standard $46 monthly tier. To get ESPN, ESPN2, and other related channels, you’ll need to upgrade to Sling Orange for an additional $4.99 a month. That’s still cheaper than fuboTV, but not by much.
One thing we can guarantee is that ESPN won’t be pulled from Hulu any time soon, since both are owned by Disney. Hulu offers a live TV subscription for $89.99, which is far from cheap. But it includes ESPN and a subscription to Disney+. New subscribers can get a temporary discounted rate of $64.99 per month, but that will only extend through the first three months of your term.
Of course you can. In fact, that’s almost always your best option if you’re watching games at home. You can still stream the games when you’re out of the house. But for pure comfort, this is the way to go.
Democrats won two governor’s races in Virginia and New Jersey, victories they call a rejection of President Trump’s policies and a sign that economic issues are resonating with voters. New York City elected Zohran Mamdani as its first Muslim mayor, defeating former governor Andrew Cuomo in a race that drew record voter turnout. And California voters approved a new congressional map that could give Democrats up to five more House seats in next year’s midterms.

Stefon Diggs is preparing for dad mode as pregnant girlfriend Cardi B’s due date draws closer.
“It’s supposed to happen real soon,” Diggs, 31, told Extra at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards on Monday, November 3, teasing when the couple’s little one is due.
The New England Patriots receiver will be new to parenthood, so he asked the reporter and fans to “wish us both luck” on the journey.
Diggs also revealed the sex of his and Cardi’s baby during the New York City event, telling People, “It’s a boy.”
When asked what he’s most excited about once the baby arrives, Diggs said having a son is “enough” for him.
“I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around,” the NFL player added.
Cardi, 33, previously hinted at wanting a baby boy with Diggs on the song “On My Back” from her album Am I the Drama, which dropped in September.
“I be staring in your eyes through the whole day / I swear to God, I hope our kids have your whole face,” the lyrics read. “Take these clothes off and throw ’em on the floor / I told my girl I’m ’bout to give this man a boy / Throw me on my back.”
While Cardi initially denied she was dating Diggs, the pair continued to fuel romance rumors. In June, the Grammy winner confirmed her relationship with Diggs via social media by sharing a cozy photo with him on a yacht.
Three months later, Cardi announced her pregnancy with baby No. 4, her first with Diggs. “I am having a baby with my boyfriend,” she told Gayle King during an appearance on CBS Mornings in September. “I’m excited.”
Weeks before Cardi confirmed her pregnancy, Diggs responded to a lawsuit filed by Aileen Lopera in December 2024, who claimed that he is the father of her 7-month-old baby girl.
Us Weekly confirmed that Diggs said in a July 17 filing that he was certain he was not the father of Lopera’s daughter, Charliee, who was born on April 2. He requested “genetic testing to determine” whether he is the father and asked the court for joint legal and physical custody of the child if the test proves paternity.
Amid the drama, Diggs has been focused on football, and Cardi has been his No. 1 supporter.
The musician was spotted at the Patriots’ home game against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, November 2. Cardi sat next to Patriots’ owner Robert Kraft at Gillette Stadium wearing a burgundy coat that barely covered her growing baby bump.
Cardi later shared a series of photos from the game, which the Patriots won 24-23, via social media, including a snap of Diggs bending down to caress her belly.
