Kyle Chrisley’s Ups and Downs Through the Years: Multiple Arrests and More

Kyle Chrisley has dealt with many ups and downs through the years.

Kyle’s famous family — including stepmom Julie Chrisley, whom dad Todd Chrisley wed in 1996, and half-siblings Chase Chrisley, Savannah Chrisley and Grayson Chrisley — rose to fame on their Chrisley Knows Best reality TV show, which premiered on USA Network in 2014. While Todd and Julie, alongside their youngest three children, starred on the docuseries, Kyle was often absent amid family drama. In 2013, Todd and Julie received custody of Kyle’s daughter, Chloe, after he was arrested for assault.

While Chloe grew up with her paternal grandparents, aunts and uncles, Kyle eventually mended fences with his family after he was hospitalized following his 2019 suicide attempt.

Kyle, who married wife Ashleigh Nelson in April 2021, made headlines nearly two years later when he was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Us confirmed in March 2023 that the reality TV alum was booked by the Smyrna Police Department in Tennessee, where he was eventually released on a $3,000 bond.

Scroll below to revisit Kyle’s ups and downs through the years:

5 Best Free Movies to Watch on YouTube, Pluto TV, Tubi and More (December 2025)

For a long time, if you wanted to watch a movie on TV at home for free, you simply had to watch with a few commercials.

Well, if you don’t feel like shelling out the money for Netflix or HBO Max, you’re in luck: movies with ads still exist, they’re just on ad-supported streamers.

Platforms like Tubi, Pluto TV and even YouTube carry thousands of quality free movies in their libraries. This December, Watch With Us is highlighting some of the best.

Whether you want a big-budget comedy like Barbie or a prestige superhero movie like Batman Begins, you can watch it all for free at your fingertips.

New on Tubi in December 2025 — The Full List of All the Free Movies and TV Shows

Barbie (Margot Robbie) lives in the perfect dreamworld of Barbieland, where Barbies hold positions of power while all the Kens have to do is spend their days at the beach. However, when Barbie starts to experience an uncharacteristic existential crisis, she learns she must travel to the real world to see what’s going on with the girl who’s playing with her. Accompanied by a Ken (Ryan Gosling), Barbie searches for her owner while Ken gets some unsavory ideas about a newfangled concept called “the patriarchy.”

The Barbie phenomenon was certainly helped a bit by the “Barbenheimer” double-feature craze back in 2023, but make no mistake — Barbie is a fantastic and ingenious comedy film with or without the help of Christopher Nolan. Robbie and Gosling are the film’s standouts (Gosling in particular able to show off his comedic chops), but the entire cast works wonders: Will Ferrell, Kate McKinnon, Simu Liu and Michael Cera all give hilarious performances.

Thirty-five years following the events of Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner, Blade Runner 2049 stars Ryan Gosling now stars in this sequel as LAPD Officer K, who hunts down and kills rogue replicant models — while also being a replicant himself. When K discovers a box containing shocking information following a mission, it threatens to destabilize the relationship between humans and replicants. K’s discovery is linked to missing blade runner Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), whom he goes on a quest to find.

While Blade Runner 2049 didn’t do so great at the box office, it was critically acclaimed and received a number of Academy Award nominations, winning two: Best Cinematography for Roger Deakins and Best Special Visual Effects. Ultimately, director Denis Villeneuve (Dune) expands upon Blade Runner in thoughtful and exciting ways, and the film manages to be an impressive visual feat distinct from the original as well.

The final installment in Daniel Craig‘s iteration as James Bond sees 007 finally leading a peaceful life in Jamaica, having since left active service in MI6. But, of course, that respite is merely momentary, and Bond is pulled back into his former work when an old CIA friend (Jeffrey Wright) shows up in need of his help. Bond must rescue a kidnapped scientist, but the mission becomes more arduous than expected and sends him down a dangerous path.

This epic conclusion to Craig’s chapter as Bond was met with warm response from fans and critics, praising the film not only for its exciting action sequences and slick style, but its ability to oscillate between comedy, drama, horror and romance with ease. In the end, the thrilling and visually stunning film is a fitting sendoff to Craig that ends up being far more moving than most people might expect.

This Batman origin story follows Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) from developing a fear of bats to his parents’ grisly murders, to his time in Bhutan training with the League of Shadows. But when he discovers the League’s intent to destroy the “corrupt” Gotham, he returns to the city intent on cleaning up crime sans killing. With the help of his butler (Michael Caine) and tech expert Lucius Fox (Morgan Freeman), Batman takes on bad guys like the Scarecrow (Cillian Murphy).

Christopher Nolan’s take on Batman is credited with having revitalized the character after the poor showing in Batman & Robin from 1997. Nolan moved away from the camp of Joel Schumacher and the gothic kink of Tim Burton and turned Batman into a prestige drama film — and it paid off. Critics applauded Batman Begins for understanding the core of the character while bringing him into exciting and intelligent new territory. In the end, Batman Begins spawned a legendary trilogy.

The grand conclusion to the John Wick story (or is it?), John Wick: Chapter 4 follows the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 —Parabellum. Wick (Keanu Reeves) hides out in New York City with the Bowery King (Laurence Fishburne) as he recovers from having been shot. Now seeking revenge against the High Table, who want him dead, the price on Wick’s head grows higher and higher. But Wick’s final battle now goes global, as he finds himself targeted by assassins around the world in service of a powerful enemy.

5 Great Movies to Watch in Pluto TV’s “Holidays Are Brutal” Collection

John Wick: Chapter 4 manages to be more grandiose, violent and excessive than the previous three John Wick films, and yet the movie doesn’t suffer for it. Instead, this fourth film in the action franchise proves that there can never be too much when it comes to watching Keanu Reeves’ kick people’s butts. With fantastic set pieces, mesmerizing fight choreography, and genuinely solid performances, John Wick: Chapter 4 stands as a highlight in modern action blockbuster filmmaking.

‘The Curious Case of …’ Is Coming Back for Season 2: Everything to Know

Investigation Discovery’s The Curious Case of… is coming back with a new set of episodes for season 2. While season 1 shared new insight and firsthand experiences from the people who knew most about the Natalia Grace case, the sophomore season is expected to keep viewers on the edge of their seats as the team dives into a handful of new surprising cases.

In anticipation of the show’s return, Us Weekly details what the true crime show is about, shares a glimpse into the cases that will be broken down and reveals when the new episodes will air.

Investigation Discovery Announces Season 2 of ‘The Curious Case of…’

Investigation Discovery announced that The Curious Case of … is coming back with eight new episodes in early 2026.

The new episodes promise to tackle bizarre cases filled with twists and shocking revelations as they’re told through first-hand accounts by those who know the stories best. Guided by legal analyst and expert Beth Karas, the new season will take an even deeper look into shocking crimes full of deception and obsession.

Most Anticipated True Crime Documentaries to Look Out for in 2025

“When we launched The Curious Case of Natalia Grace, we never could have imagined how that story would take the world by storm, sparking headlines everywhere and even inspiring scripted versions on other platforms. The response was overwhelming and it quickly became ID’s highest-rated series, cementing its place as a cultural phenomenon,” said Jason Sarlanis, President of ID, said in a statement. “Knowing there were so many other ‘Curious Cases’ to tell, we expanded the franchise into an anthology that continued to captivate audiences and became our top-rated series of 2025. Now, with Season 2, we’re diving into even more stranger-than-fiction stories, each one a high-stakes puzzle full of twists, turns and unforgettable characters.”

Each episode promises to uncover deceit, greed and manipulation while proving the truth behind each mysterious case.

What Cases Will Be Discussed in ‘The Curious Case of…’ Season 2?

Following the success of season 1, the new batch of episodes will break down even more mysterious true crime cases.

The premiere episode will be called “The Curious Case Of… Death by Detox?” and will unpack the crimes of Dr. Robert O. Young after he created a platform amid the success of his pH Miracle book series.

The synopsis explained that Young’s pH Miracle book series pushed “an alkaline diet, the tentpole of which is an avocado-based green smoothie, that grows in popularity.” Young’s business quickly took off, and he found success selling books and holistic supplements. As his roster of wealthy, high-profile clients grew, his fans quickly learned that the health tips he was sharing weren’t the “miracle” cures he pitched them to be.

Other crimes that will be documented on the season will include one about a Russian woman who tried to steal the identity of a salon employee, an intense rivalry between two beauticians, a teacher who hypnotized his students that was faced with deadly consequences, a woman who committed several crimes while pretending to have cancer, a town impacted with several Tourette’s Syndrome diagnoses and a woman who took care of her late husband and sister’s corpses.

FBI’s Jeremy Sisto Says ‘Scary’ Fall Finale Has Jubal at ‘Center of the Storm’

As FBI heads into its winter hiatus, Jeremy Sisto warns that Jubal’s team is in for an “exciting” and “horrible” case with many twists and turns.

“It’s scary,” Sisto, who plays ASAC Jubal Valentine, exclusively told Us Weekly of the show’s two-part fall finale airing on Monday, December 15.

He teased that Jubal is “at the center of the storm in this one,” and so is his son, Tyler (Caleb Reese Paul).

Monday’s double feature begins with “Lone Wolf,” which, according to Sisto, 51, starts with the FBI team being alerted to a crime by the tip line, “which is not something [that] usually leads us anywhere.”

FBI’s Alana De La Garza Explains Isobel’s Job Decision, What’s Next for Jubal

Sisto revealed that FBI analyst Kelly Moran (Taylor Anthony Miller) has an “instinct” about one of the calls, and “heads out with our agents, and they find three dead sex workers.”

Throughout the episode, the special agents discover that the murderer has connections to a “radical accelerationist movement that is committed to resetting society because it’s gotten so, so rotten.”

The actor explained that the terrorist group’s “plan is big” and includes “disrupting cell and internet connectivity,” which impacts how Jubal and the team investigate. “[It’s] very frustrating when you get disconnected, but even worse when you’re trying to stop further damage [from happening],” Sisto shared.

Which ‘FBI’ Stars Are — And Aren’t — Returning for Season 8?

“It rises to a pretty drastic, pretty dramatic threat,” Sisto told Us, noting all of the agents become “concerned” with their families “being in the wrong place at the wrong time when there is an active threat.”

That threat hits especially close to Jubal, whose high-school aged son is “in the city for the day with a friend” as the events unfold.

“[He’s] just hoping he’s not at the wrong place, at the wrong time,” Sisto said of his character’s arc, teasing that fans should pay special attention to Tyler and his conversations with dad Jubal in both parts of the fall finale.

Sisto confirmed, “In the beginning, you know something is going to get dirty with this plot,” teasing that in part two, titled “Wolf Pack,” the team must track down the bad guys without their usual communication tools in place.

Even with the disruption to their comms system, Sisto said the team will do their best to “search every square inch” of New York City to find the culprits — but it won’t be without a few mishaps.

5 Top New Movies and TV Shows to Watch This Week on Netflix, Prime and More (December 15-19)

“In this particular case, we don’t find them quick enough before some very bad stuff happens,” Sisto explained, hinting that Jubal’s personal connection to the case will be part of the “bad stuff” that transpires.

He teased that the second half of the fall finale is all about “finding [the culprits] before even more horrible things happen.”

“It’s definitely not a victory throughout,” Sisto ominously warned. “That’s why it takes two hours to get through the story. Because there’s some pretty, pretty bad losses along the way.”

FBI’s two-part fall finale airs on CBS Monday, December 15, at 8 p.m. ET. The show will resume with new episodes in February 2026.

7 Best Hallmark Christmas Movies to Watch Right Now, Ranked

The Hallmark Channel is far and away the best place to find the corniest, cheesiest holiday movies.

And during the Christmas season, that’s just what many people are looking for. They want to light a Yankee candle, brew some peppermint tea and sink into a world where beautiful people get just what they want for Christmas.

Watch With Us loves a good Hallmark Christmas movie, so we decided to do a civil service and rank the very best ones you can watch right now on Hallmark+.

Did your favorites make the cut? Read on to find out!

Every Holiday Movie on TV This 2025 Season: Hallmark, Netflix and Lifetime

Humble seamstress Emily (Lacey Chabert) devotes herself to her family’s Philadelphia business, but she finds her world turned upside-down when she discovers that her European boyfriend, Leopold (Stephen Hagan), is a royal prince and heir to the throne of a small sovereign country. Leopold takes Emily back to his home to met his family for Christmas with intent to marry her. However, Leopold’s mother has other plans for him.

With some The Princess Diaries sprinkled in, A Royal Christmas hits all the notes you want from a royalty-themed Christmas Hallmark movie: everyone learns a lesson, everyone looks beautiful, love prevails and, of course, the beautiful gowns. Plus, Chabert and Jane Seymour shine in the film.

Estranged identical twin sisters Kate and Christ Lockhart (both played by Candace Cameron Brue) are stuck planning their respective holiday parties when they decide to switch things up. In order to see if one twin has things better than the other — and unbeknownst to their families — the twins swap lives, and the lessons they learn from the experience may just make for the best Christmas they’ve ever had.

Switched for Christmas makes for an adorable Christmas tale of family, friendship and learning to understand and appreciate your loved ones — and what would a Hallmark movie be without a little romance as well? It doesn’t hurt that the movie has a good sense of humor too, and with Cameron Brue playing an impressive dual role.

In a gambit to give his parents a good Christmas, speech writer Jaime (Tyler Hynes) makes a deal with his ex-girlfriend Emily (Bethany Joy Lenz) to come home with him for the holidays and pretend that they’re still together. However, it doesn’t take much before the act starts to unravel — especially when they realize their dormant feelings for one another are coming back.

This is a great Christmas Hallmark movie to watch for some silly antics, as Jaime and Emily do their best to maintain their week-long ruse in front of Jaime’s family, but it ends on a heartfelt note when the two exes realize they still love each other. Lenz and Hynes have wonderful, believable chemistry, and the film sports the perfect warm and festive holiday atmosphere.

Bachelor Zachary Stone (Brandon Routh) is only committed to one thing, and that’s being single. But when a stray cat winds up on his doorstep, he starts to realize that a little company in his day-to-day life might not be so bad. However, things take an unexpectedly romantic turn when he meets Marilee (Kimberly Sustad), a veterinary student who helps teach him how to take care of his new feline friend. Can the two make it work despite their differences?

The Nine Lives of Christmas is a fun rom-com with the perfect amount of schmaltz, made all the more enjoyable by Routh and his dynamic with Sustad. The movie is an ideal, easy Christmas watch, with some critics even feeling that the script and characters were better written than the book it was based on.

Hardworking single mom Jennifer (Brooke Burns) has become a bit of a Scrooge around Christmas, and her young son barely believes in Santa Claus. However, when her Uncle Ralph (Henry Winkler) brings over a man named Morgan (Warren Christie) whom he met on his flight, Jen and Morgan hit it off, but Morgan doesn’t like Jen’s attitude towards the holiday. For them to make it work, Morgan has to teach Jen how to get into the Christmas spirit.

While The Most Wonderful Time of the Year features a fairly familiar premise, it’s executed in a refreshing way through its smart scriptwriting, genuinely funny moments and the inclusion of Happy Days legend Henry Winkler. With fun, mismatched chemistry between Burns and Christie and a brisk script, The Most Wonderful Time of the Year is a Christmas movie highlight.

The premise of the 1987 Tom Selleck movie Three Men and a Baby gets a Christmas twist in Three Wise Men and a Baby, when three brothers named Stephen (Paul Campbell), Taylor (Hynes) and Luke (Andrew W. Walker) find themselves stuck caring for a baby over the holidays. After an abandoned infant is left at the doorstep of Luke’s work, the brothers, who have grown apart over the years, must now work together in an unexpected situation.

Well-written, genuinely funny and featuring a terrific cast, Three Wise Men and a Baby is a Hallmark holiday favorite for a reason. The characters are believable and have well-developed relationships with one another, and the movie balances the perfect mix of humor and heartfelt moments.

Screenwriter Lucy Hardgrove (Joy Lenz) has been hired to write the script for a remake of a beloved Christmas classic filmed at the historic Biltmore house. However, when Lucy’s script isn’t up to studio standards, she’s sent to the house for inspiration — where she finds herself traveling back in time to 1947 when His Merry Wife! was filmed. As she uses it as a chance to learn more about the film, she gets cozy with one of the stars, but her presence in the past threatens the film’s future.

Hallmark’s ‘Countdown to Christmas’ Lineup Includes More Than 20 New Movies

Many consider A Biltmore Christmas to be the ultimate Hallmark holiday classic, but also a fantastic Christmas movie in its own right. The plot frees itself from many tired Christmas tropes while still hitting the right beats and heartfelt moments. The music, sets, costuming and performances all come together to make A Biltmore Christmas can’t-miss during the holidays.

Khloe Kardashian Slams ‘Gross Commentary’ About Tristan Thompson’s Brother

Khloé Kardashian is not here for any mean-spirited remarks about her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson’s 19-year-old brother, Amari.

“Last time I posted Amari in his dance class, I heard some ridiculous commentary about how, ‘How is this dance? Does he even know what’s going on?’” Kardashian, 41, said in a video posted to her Instagram Stories on Saturday, December 13. “All of this gross commentary that I don’t need [and] no one needs.”

The reality TV star continued, “So, if you don’t know or you have never had someone with special needs in your life and you don’t know what their interests are or what makes them happy, don’t comment. If you don’t like this type of content, you don’t have to watch it. We’re all good over here.”

Amari is the younger brother of Thompson, 34, whom Kardashian dated on and off from 2016 to 2021. Amari is nonverbal and has Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and epilepsy. Thompson was granted legal guardianship of his sibling after their mom’s 2023 death. In that time, Kardashian has helped her now-ex take care of Amari.

Khloe Kardashian’s Relationship With Tristan Thompson’s Brother Amari

On Saturday, Kardashian specifically wanted to highlight one of Amari’s extracurricular activities.

“I’m going to post a few videos from Amari’s dance class, and I just want to say that I was given permission to post,” the Good American founder said. “I know there’s other students in the class, but I got permission. I want to highlight such an amazing dance academy that does so much for special children. It’s so beautiful and it’s so special, and these kids are so happy.”

She added, “I don’t know how someone wouldn’t cry, but being in these classes, it’s so beautiful. So, I just had to leave this little note that I’m not doing anything without permission — and just [sharing] how happy everyone is. If you want some feel-good content, stay tuned.”

Kardashian uploaded several videos of Amari moving with the instructors and other students to songs from High School Musical, the Spice Girls and more at Carousel Dance Studio in West Hills, California.

“The sweetest students and teachers,” the Kardashians star captioned a follow-up slide of rehearsal footage. “I’m so thankful for places like this and for human beings like this!”

According to Kardashian, she found it to be “such an honor” to attend Amari’s class.

“The dance academy does amazing things for these magical children,” she wrote on Saturday. “Such an honor to be a witness to such great souls. The academy gave permission for me to post the [videos] I posted, and I know it goes a long way for their business to be highlighted. God bless all of these angels.”

Inside Tristan Thompson’s Life as Brother Amari’s Legal Guardian

Kardashian has previously advocated for Amari’s well-being on numerous occasions — before and after her split from Thompson. (Kardashian and Thompson share two children: True, 7, and Tatum, 3.)

“Andrea was the sole caretaker for Amari and they lived in Canada,” Kardashian said on a July episode of her eponymous podcast, referring to the brothers’ mother. “Tristan’s mom passed away a few years ago, we — me, Tristan, my whole family — took Amari back with us to the [United] States. Tristan is in the NBA and he is in a different state, literally, every other day or every few days, and it’s just not conducive for Amari to be on that many planes.”

To accommodate Thompson’s athletic schedule, Kardashian chose “to take care of” and “be there for” Amari.

“California weather is so good for Amari, and I just love having Amari be a part of my family,” Kardashian explained, noting that she also employs two caretakers to help her. “We just want to provide Amari with the best, most beautiful life that we know how. And he deserves that.”
